Excellent English at reception, providing a warm welcome and attention to special requests. Comfortable and attractive reception area with a view of Plaza d'Espana. Manager Sara is warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Comfortable bed with quality linen. Two chairs in the bedroom for added convenience. Convenient cafe below the hotel for breakfast. The staff is knowledgeable about the island and can provide helpful information. No unnecessary extras like TV, phone, minibar, iron, etc.

As the name signifies, there was no real Eden-like quietness. The location was central, but that meant it was right beside the nightlife area which was very noisy, leading to sleepless nights.
